Our QMS course aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to perform internal audits specific to ISO 9001 and gain confidence in planning and performing an effective audit, as well as reporting and taking corrective action where necessary.

Objective:

• To understand the concept of ISO 9001
• The role of an internal auditor is to maintain and improve the management system with reference to risk-based concepts, process-based audits & PDCA.
• The responsibilities of an internal auditor are to plan, conduct, report and follow up on quality management system in accordance with ISO 19011
