This course will cover topics such as ‘Introduction to HACCP 7 principles ‘, ’Hazard analysis and critical control points’, ‘Establish Product Specifications’, ‘Development of Process Flow & HACCP plans’, ‘Monitoring and verification procedures’ and ‘Documentation and recordkeeping requirements’.
